Pay: $62,400 - $72,000 per year

JOB SUMMARY:

The General Manager of Rosebud Office Solution will oversee and lead the daily operations of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality office products to our customers. The General Manager will play a key role in developing strategies, improving efficiency, and maintaining profitability.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Operational Leadership:

· Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, procurement, customer service, inventory, and logistics.

· Supervise and support employees to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of performance targets.

· Foster a positive work environment, motivating the team to meet business goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

· Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth and profitability.

· Identify market trends and business opportunities, recommending new products, services, or initiatives to stay competitive in the office products industry.

· Oversee budget management and resource allocation, ensuring optimal financial performance.

Sales & Marketing:

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and market share.

· Set sales targets and objectives, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue goals.

· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.

Operations Management:

· Ensure efficient inventory management, including product ordering, stock control, and timely delivery to customers.

· Oversee procurement processes to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.

· Manage warehouse operations, ensuring the proper storage, organization, and timely fulfillment of orders.

Financial Management:

· Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

· Monitor costs and margins, identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising quality or service.

· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and industry standards.

Team Development:

· Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance and skills.

· Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews, offering constructive feedback to help employees grow within the business.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

· Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience in business management, including leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight

· Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field (preferred)

· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate, driving performance and achieving results

· Excellent communication skills

· Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced and evolving environment

· Must be able to pass a state and/or federal background check tied to government/state contracts
