JOB SUMMARY:
Rosebud Lending is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to assist in the operation of specific lending programs by approving and funding loans on a daily basis as well as ensuring programs are operating according to approved program policies and procedures.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Decision loans for a specific loan program.
· Approve funding of loans for a specific loan program.
· Ensure approved loans meet approved credit criteria.
· Provide feedback regularly on the effectiveness and soundness of the policies and procedures of the program.
· Provide information to the Operations Manager to assist in categorizing problems and issues.
· Provide for the tracking of trends and solving problems.
· Review daily reports.
· Prepare periodic activity reports on lending programs.
· Attend to and follow up on customer complaints.
· Gather all mail from Post Office box.
· Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have prior experience in customer service. Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Should possess strong keyboard skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Possess good active listening skills. Ability to make effective use of resources. Must be interested in helping people. Demonstrate the ability to deal with job stress.
