JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Support & Systems Development Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of SicanguCo’s technology by developing and implementing software solutions, providing on-site IT support, and coordinating with the contracted IT provider and other technology service contractors. This role focuses on improving internal communication systems, streamlining technology processes, and training employees on IT tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Systems Development:
· Assist in the development and integration of new IT systems in collaboration with SicanguCo’s IT providers and service contractors.
· Support the optimization of software and digital tools for increased workflow efficiency.
· Help forecast IT infrastructure needs and growth to ensure scalability and long-term planning.
IT Support & Troubleshooting:
· Provide on-site IT support for employees, addressing issues related to hardware, software, & connectivity.
· Act as the primary liaison between SicanguCo staff and the contracted IT provider for escalated technical issues.
· Set-up, maintain, and troubleshoot office technology, including laptops, printers, TV’s, etc.
· Assist with basic cybersecurity measures, including password management, and system updates.
User Training & Documentation:
· Train employees on new and existing software, communication tools, and IT best practices.
· Develop user-friendly guides and troubleshooting documentation for common IT issues.
· Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions across departments.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma required.
· Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT, computer science, systems development, or a related field required.
· Experience in IT support, systems coordination, or software implementation preferred.
· Familiarity with software solutions for communication and project management (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Click-up) preferred.
· Understanding of basic IT infrastructure, networking, and system security best practices.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Lift 40lbs+

COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time permanent position. IT Support & Systems Development Coordinator will be compensated between a range of $18 - $20 per hour depending on qualifications.
